As we started our new businesses (STAR Collaborative.com and myvirtualea.com), a lot of people went out of their way to help us by sharing their stories and providing access to their resources.
We’d like to give back and promote a community of “paying it forward,” so we are creating a new networking group called KARMA OFFICE HOURS. The intent of this group is to get a ton of cool, smart people in a room together so we can help one another in a career change, new business start-up, or personal career development.

- We meet the second Thursday of the month (June 11 , July 9, August 6) from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 2685 Southdale Center, Edina, MN 55435.
- There is a lively agenda and guest speakers. Expect some structured activities as well as wild networking and socializing!
- It’s a great way to hang out with fun people and help each other out. Bring your resume or business cards! See if you can help someone or see if someone can assist you.
- A nominal fee of $20 is charged by Maggiano’s for drinks and appetizers (hey-they’re running a business too!)
It’s all about Karma!
